Theres been a huge ass sign on the property reading "the landmark" for some time now....i think its around the 4th or 5th big ass sign with a different name i've seen on that property now. But of course what counts...dirt turning nothing. They cleared out all those trees way too soon......i'd rather see a bunch of trees for a few more years than barren land...
