A whole day could be devoted to just observation decks.

Here's a good itinerary IMO for a good day. Start in the a.m., clear clear day if possible, good weather.

Meet up with Chris. Drop 120ug of Lucy. Hit up the ESB 1st (mid a.m. to avoid lines), than hit up 30 Hudson, than 1 Vanderbilt, than Chrysler, than walk all the way down to 1 WTC (yes walk, we on a tour, walk down Broadway, stop in Chinatown, grab some food, and proceed to 1 WTC. Go to the deck on 1 WTC. Right about now, should be like mid-noon, assuming you spend like an hour each deck.... proceed to walk to 30 Rock, and enjoy the sunset (bring some strong strong Indica, and do prior, and we could spend an hour discussing why the towers are dancing). Afterwords, grab some whiskey and head to Rick's Cabaret New York we'll party all night.

Use the following day to write a essay on your experience, and enjoy the afterglow.
