City council has been briefed on the Bird/Terra proposal, but this was in camera and they are not at liberty to discuss the details of the proposal publically.
I strongly suspect the Bird/Terra proposal involves wholesale demolition of MHS, probably with preservation of the façade. I also suspect that the proposal might include using the property for the new Codiac RCMP headquarters. Finally, I suspect that Bird/Terra has no plans to preserve the auditorium and gymnasium.
If I am right, this is definitely an inferior proposal to the MH35 one.........
