Why would anyone spend money to protect their 1990 Dodge Caravan from being stolen? That's right they wouldn't, so the gov't had to step in. (I had a 1990 Dodge Caravan that received to immobilizer)

From a public safety and insurance standpoint, it seems to be a no-brainer, and has had obvious, significant results.
I totally agree here. It is a no branier and should be done for everyone in my opinion. Insurance just keeps going up and up and something needs to be done about it.
