"The property’s owner filed for Chapter 11 reorganization Monday, a day before the development was scheduled to be sold at a foreclosure auction.
Lone Star Brewery Development Inc., a subsidiary of Houston investment firm Parkview Capital Credit, reported $30 million cash on hand and debts of $27 million. The brewery and an adjacent property, which together total roughly 32 acres, are appraised at $30 million, according to a bankruptcy petition.
However, the Bexar Appraisal District valued the properties at 500 and 600 Lone Star Blvd. at $11 million, property records show."
