I haven't read any details. I would be shocked if they tore it down, it's a beautiful building in decent shape. It's an Alfred Giles structure built in the 1890s. It was the subject of a PPP between Weston Urban and the City/County but that deal fell through. It also has a rear parking lot, so maybe that's what they intend to develop.
