I've actually gathered about 60 heights for Austin through the years. Also some of the developers are aware that there are people out there with a fascination of skyscrapers and they understand that. To some it's a way of free advertising for their project. I usually pitch that idea to them and they open up to the idea.
Hey wait a minute, what about Andres? He might know the heights, and if not I bet he could find them without having to worry about anything.
