I have to agree with picks #1 and #3..
The Princess Street Grill is always a good source of a cheap breakfast.
And I'll add Yuki's, the Confusion Grill and the old diner that Kraut King has setup into the mix.
As far as fine dining went, I miss the old Gilroy's on Bannatyne and the Mertens rooftop patio that offered perhaps the best skyline view in the whole city from atop of that apartment block on Oakland Ave.
