And unlike ESB it has the disadvantage that it's still not over 1,000 ft high.
Lib II is fatter because Cigna wanted more office space than what the original designs called for. Yep...Lib I wasn't big enough to hold Cigna. Sorta the same situation happens with Comcast and the Comcast Center.
