In some chatter here and there, the old "Fidelity building" next to the "Sterling Bank" building on 281 near bitters is in the talks; their regional offices are located across the street.
I think One Riverwalk has 46,000 of contigous space on floors 8-11 not to mention that suite 101 was used as restaurant space.
