I do at least one multi-day visit a season to Castle. While it doesn't have the vertical of the others, the terrain is unbelievable and the snow is to die for (most days anyway). I've only once ever seen ice-like conditions on the hill.

It's not as rustic as it was 10+ years ago, but it is definitely a unique and enjoyable hill. If you're a strong intermediate to expert skier you will love this hill.
