But what an excellent article on the SA Heron!!! I knew investors and developers would rather build high rise hotels in downtown due to our multi million/billion dollar tourism industry!!

But like the article states, the Weston high rise apartment building and the Floodgate will be the catalyst to more downtown living towers!!

We just need the "serious' investors here in SA!!!!
