I think that it will slowly become more of a buyer's market for sure. It won't mean an end to the residential boom in Baltimore though. You probably won't see big priced projects like 10 IH popping up here and there, but you will see some still pretty decent luxury condos going up as well as townhomes etc..
And yes, Johns Hopkins AND UofMD are helping with this boom in a HUGE way.

In other news:

An inside source of mine let me know some pretty good, (solid), news.
Not as big as last weeks news but still good news. They will be breaking ground on the Four Seasons this Summer. This info came from the assistant to the head of H&S Developent.
I can't wait until this project starts going.
It will be an awesome addition to the city, for sure!
