Point is, they tend to STAY in the hotel. This does nothing for the city, it just puts money in the pockets of the big hotel chains. Where as a Condo, the people would have to go out and venture the mean streets of Winnipeg and spend their money there.
I am not saying no Hotels, I am saying to many is also not a good thing. Need a happy balance.
