I'm really impressed with this as well, what a transformation! It would be great to see some of the other less than pretty downtown buildings get similar treatments.
I realize this is getting ahead of things but I remember reading that CoSA has a significant budget for redoing the current Frost Tower. I wonder if that includes exterior modifications or if it is focused on the interior?
