I think that high-rises are not suitable for Krakow. Like in Budapest, the city like Krakow is nice the way it is. For example, there are the high-rises in Vienna, but not many of them and the central CBD looks a little strange. Btw, where is that high-rise u/c located? How far? Which city part? Sorry, I don't know Krakow so much yet
