I love the proposal. It should kick redevelopment of Edgewood and Auburn Aves into high gear. While the area has clearly been moving in the right direction in the past 5 - 8 years, I'm surprised that it hasn't been further redeveloped. Still alot of underused/vacant storefronts. I suspect that the success of the Beltline a few blocks to the east is at least one culprit for the slow turnaround but this development should be a game changer.
