Happy! That's a big ass proposal. Good to see they've refined the design and essentially lessened the mansard. Sure, it has its place on 8 story street wall buildings, but mansards on a tower are rarely a good idea (I have the same opinions about domes).
It's really unfortunate though that the building is a square. Imagine a tower of this height with a narrow side facing J Street (ala Park Tower in Chicago). THAT would look sweet.
