Premier Doer is finally stepping down hopefully this gives the PC'S a better chance at victory and a stronger desire for change among Manitobans. I am so tired of us having the highest tax rate west of Quebec, not even being invited to the western premiers confrence, the constant raiding of manitoba hydro.
