Construction Underway At 387-Unit Midtown 8

Another Midtown apartment tower is officially underway.
Foundation work has begun for Midtown 8 at 2901 Northeast 1st Avenue.
When completed, the 28-story project will include 387 apartment units, along with 29,549 square feet of retail.
A 519 parking space garage is also planned. Renderings appear to show open-air bridges from the apartment building to the garage, on at least six levels.
Wood Partners of Atlanta is the developer, with Stantec’s Miami office the architect.
