This project is dependent on Velocity moving their credit union from the site to a location across the street. The reason for the expiration of the two site plan applications may be due to the fact that Velocity is having trouble getting their new building permitted. The issue is related to the planned parking. The Planning Commission staff recommends approval, but the Planning Commission hasn't been on board with the plans. So Velocity is going around the Planning Commission by seeking Administrative approval.
