I'm obviously excited about the pumphouse portion, but it's the two new buildings that are going to make a huge impact. It should force the city's hand to either get the parkade deal done, or sell the land to someone who will develop that lot. Hopefully there's more streetfront retail on James in the new buildings to go up moving forward.

Anyone know if there was a reason Sky couldn't build right to the street corner, or did the city just screw up by letting them put their parking lot out front?
