59 & the Perimeter north interchange is being fast tracked now. It will be big and expensive likely ($200 mil - apparently with federal help) and include the AT overpass and an interchange at Birds Hill (possible at Garvin). They will also close all other access points between the north Perimeter and the Floodway. They want to (really this time) start by late next year. It seems that no one involved in the project knows what is happening or who is doing the earth moving currently going on there (hilarious).
