Besides, there's a market for $750 a month studios that are rundown s**tholes in Ithaca, at least amongst Cornell students that think that Ithaca rents are cheap (Not you, Visiteur, just the ones from NYC whose sense of financial reality is skewed by living in Manhattan). I do think a garage with ground floor retail would be good there. As far as the former Mason's lodge, as beautiful of a building that it is, the fact is that this is the third or fourth club to go under for various reasons at this location in the last 10 years. There has to be another use for the building, especially in a place with the creative types that live in Ithaca.
