Thanks Miaht. You know I thought about that, but I love those oak trees along Houston Street, wanted to keep them. Plus Houston Street
is so narrow, I just imagine congestion on that street, similar to what I see at the Nix everyday. So I'm putting the street entrance on the Travis side where I added some metered parking. I also thought I'd make the garage a little larger for public parking, to help accomodate the Alameda Theater events or whatever else might go on in the area.
