Methodist Healthcare of San Antonio is finalizing plans to develop a full-service hospital and multi-story 100,000-square-foot medical office building, that will contain an ambulatory surgery center. The facility, tentatively dubbed Methodist Hospital Westover Hills, will be developed on San Antonio’s far west side, on 70 acres the system acquired in 2006. Methodist Healthcare CEO Allen Harrison told the San Antonio Business Journal that the hospital size and design are still being worked through.
