I really hope the Irving land next to this lot eventually gets developed. It's much larger and could easily support two buildings with a common podium. Being vacant, this lot would look terrible next to a major brand new development. Maybe there's a developer out there who could pry the land out of Irving's hands. They say everything has it's price!
