It has been more than a drag. If you consider the series of storms that have been slamming into California since December, it is evident that the weather pattern is wildly off the rails.
One can only hope that there will be a "paradigm shift" and that we'll bounce back to a warmer, drier pattern before summer. The Farmer's Almanac predicts a dry summer for BC, and the sooner the better.
