That would be nice... that intersection is a very stroad in a sea of parking. It would be great to start with rethinking the street interaction of the existing buildings and work from that to add density on the edges of the large parking lot areas. Doesn't have to be towers, Even some nice 6 story buildings with a few taller ones. Then spruce up the sidewalks and make them wider, add more trees, etc. Rethinking areas like this have to start somewhere lol

That being said, there are a lot of areas that need this sort of treatment.
