my point was mainly that this location still feels tucked back off the edge of the wave of development, and there are a number of other parcels around there with either nothing on them, or things that (in my subjective view, of course) contribute much less to their surroundings - and I just wish those were the ones developers concentrated on. priorities. eventually something would probably need to be done about this little house, sure, but for it to be the
first thing taken out on this street strikes me as a shame.
