And at 20 floors it won't redefine the skyline, but it will definitely be noticeable given its location. With the Casa Loma, that'll be a heavy-duty block. I always got vague New York vibes from the combination of the Casa Loma and the big-brown-brick Lion's manor behind it, if I ignored the suburban shitshow of Rexall and Mcdonalds in front.
