It seems to me that schools have a bit too much overhead... so many school divisions, so many administrators. Then you have school trustees and boards who like to get into the political bunfights with the province.
I get that you can't run the entire provincial school system on the existing WSD 1 staff complement, but surely there must be some efficiencies to be had?
