6301 Campeau Dr | 2 x 32m | 2 x 10f | Proposed
A mixed use development consisting of stacked dwellings and two 10 storey apartment buildings is being proposed for 6301 Campeau Drive in the Town Centre sector of the former City of Kanata in the west end of Ottawa.

The proposed development consists of stacked dwellings with 184 units and three 10‐storey apartment buildings with 614 units. A total of 691 parking spaces and 403 bicycle parking spaces are provided for the site. Ground floor commercial area with a total GFA of approximately 430.6 sq. m. is proposed at the easterly apartment building, facing Cordillera Street. Two accesses are provided off Cordillera Street and one access off Campeau Drive.
