Does anyone know if they plan to re-open Chestnut Street as work progresses deeper into the block? The single operable lane on 12th and Chestnut Streets is really a nightmare for vehicles and pedestrians.

considering they have to pay for taking a lane I would assume they will give it back as soon as it's feasible.
