I really do not like the office idea. Also in the Cushman render they show the corner main floor being bricked in. Clearly that was intended to be opened up as glass and entrances one day. This would make Sask Drive even worse, if that is possible.

Edit, I was looking at the wrong corner. They do not show Hamilton and Sask Dr. clearly.
