This would be great.
It shows why having Harkness Station is actually a good thing there – there's a ton of undeveloped lots in that little nook. City should be pushing for high density there, especially on all the now-empty government lots. Should be nothing under 8 storeys in the area bound by QEW, Donald, Stradbrook and Mayfair. With that plan, mandate some ground level commercial.
I know this is super early, but I do have a gripe about this plan – why do you need 175 parking stalls for 96 units?! Especially in an area like this, right by an RT station and next to downtown.
I really hope the city is enforcing some sort of setback from the river so maybe one day we could get a public path on the south side as well! Repeal the Osborne one and put it on the river! Haha.
