Yes - that is the location.
I believe it is the largest building in red on this map:

Rhapsody will consist of two floors of underground parkade, a main floor commercial / retail space, anchored by Save-on-Foods, and five storeys of concrete and steel stud purpose built rental apartments. In total, the project will include approximately 580 parking stalls to service both the apartment and commercial spaces, 288 rental apartment units (~245,000 sq. ft.) and 12 main floor commercial / retail units (~63,500 sq. ft.).

I'm not a fan of the look, but its location right across ACH and on the University lands will make it a popular rental building, undoubtedly. A Save-on-Foods in there is a pretty big deal.
There is supposed to be a hotel going up soon across the way also, just by the current presentation centre I think.

The north pond area has progressed very well with those large steps already in place, and some trees already in.

NOTE - I'm not 100% on how my image attributions should be. These websites are actively marketing these buildings using these images, and I'm not using the images for personal commercial purposes, so am assuming this is "fair use". If others can guide, that would be helpful.
