I had a GC send me a recent MERX solicitation for this project, with all the building specs for all 3 towers. Not sure why they would solicit a project that has been scrapped for over a month.
It's too bad, really. I know a lot of people that are looking for work right now.

Strathallen were at the Real Estate Conference in Regina this week. They have big plans to fix up the property but there will
not be towers. Expect several pad sites.
