Eye level of the tower - 4th glass band from the top - should be 5 floors lower to match the horizon line where the bay water meets the land far beyond. The perspective is otherwise incorrect as shown. There should not be two different horizon lines unless the building horizontals are tilted, or the rendering of the building was raised up 5 levels relative to the background.
