There is a ton of multifamily devlopment going on right now... probably more than a year ago. I drove around the city on Sunday and the construction zones were totally frustrating.
For The Hams out there, it's gonna be a few years before we get an accurate count of residents in downtown.

I am anxiously awaiting the start of construction of 20 Midtown phase 2. They said they plan to start sometime in August. It's going to be massive.
