Good God, the former Asia Gifts store is available, and is 4400 sf with rent "negotiable" and additional rent at $20 psf. That's over $90,000 a year in additional rent alone, plus whatever base rent was applied. If that's what Asia Gifts had to pay, how on earth did they ever pay the bills when all they had were crappy vases and Scarface blankets that no one ever seemed to buy?
