That kind of real estate products is really most useful. Lots of future developments should follow that template.

Bah, why not sparing your tears for something even more meaningful?
If it wasn't for nasty NIMBYism, I guess you'd see many more apartments with that kind of views yet. So many more that they probably wouldn't be sold for that laughable price. But then affluence and density that comes along without fail might end up obstructing views. It's always that choice to be made. If you need such an open view, live the humble countryside, not a thriving city.
