A few shots of some smaller developments that don't have their own threads from this Monday, February 9, 2015.
800 Congress. This is where Hickory Street Bar & Grill (Austin icon) was. I used to go to the salad bar and get take-out when I worked at 800 Brazos in the mid to late 1980's. Anything over 10 years old that I've been to more than twice is an icon.
Seriously, this will be a great project and Hickory Street Bar & Grill had run its course.

Truluck's - I like how they remodeled it - especially the second floor. For a two-story project in the Warehouse District, I think it looks great. It'll look even better once they paint those rainbow crosswalks.
