Per the American Truck Historical Society: "When Kelly introduced their own water cooled engine in 1912 they became Kelly-Springfield. This was also the year the Renault-style hood with the radiator behind it was introduced also. K-S built trucks ranging from one to six tons. By 1929 Kelly-Springfield trucks were gone."
