I did some searching myself, and found nothing that says "East Campus" is under construction or anything is slated to start this year. The only thing was this::

There was also a road built already connecting the remote Parking Lot # 13 off Valero Way to the main part of the 1604 Campus." Thats it, that is nothing, no new housing, research, academic buildings.

Even the Office of Facilities website says nothing about it??????
