It's 540', believe me, i have the plans. The typical floor to floor height is 10'8". Residential buildings don't need as much for floor heights since they do not have suspended layin ceilings and mechanical plenums above the ceilings like an office building has. They also do not have concrete pan slab construction or steel bar joist type floor structures.
