There is a move from those with car(s) to reduce the transit system and have mostly small buses(24 riders). This is because of the lack of ridership. However, this is a short sighted analysis and will cause more issues as the city grows. Lower the pass rates , and increase single rider fares, to encourage more transit users. A good transit system is best for all concerned, especially if you wish to grow the city and its economy.

I completely agree with Qiumby. Regina's transit does need a complete overhaul. Regina needs more efficient routes. Direct instead of winding through the city.
