I'm sorry, but I'm just not a big fan of these building 'mosaics'. More so if they're high enough to define a skyline, which it would in JC since there wouldn't be any buildings blocking it. Well it's not as bad as the one in Louisville, but I'm just not in love with it. Maybe if it was half as tall I'd like it more.
