Ryan Homes is building townhomes in Exton called Exton Walk that sit behind the new Wawa and some are literally on top of Ship Road and they start at 500K.
500 K to have your back deck face the back of a Wawa.
Then up the road along ship are the single homes that now start at 1 million and the one model home up doesn't look that special. It's also right next to the SEPTA/Amtrak tracks.
