Presumably on the SE corner of this intersection, and indeed the address given for the work location of 809 S. Rural is the plot containing the Chevron gas station/"Den Mart" convenience store according to Google Maps.

The gas station parcel by itself would be a very small parcel for a project of this description, even as a high rise. Difficult to tell at this stage, but I assume this would include at least some other part of that plaza.
Also, this would be the 3rd gas station in this immediate area to be put on the chopping block for more urban development, along with NW corner of Apache/McClintock and SW corner of Apache/Rural.
